Project goals: To establish the cooperation between
researchers from Serbia and Portugal
in the field of spectral graph theory, and thereby to publish
papers with emphasis on
application of this theory to computer sciences. Particular
interest will be paid in problems
related to study:
- graphs with largest eigenvalue within bipartite graphs;
- reflexive graphs with second largest eigenvalue less than or equal to 2;
- characterization of vertices of graphs under the most
common graph perturbation (deletion of a vertex),
which gives rise to downer, neutral
and Parter vertices;
- a new algorithm for generating regular exceptional graphs,
i.e. graphs arising from the root system E8;
- studying the main vertices of graphs in the context
of star complements.
