Upravni odbor Matematickog instituta SANU je na nedavnoj sednici doneo odluku da se dosadasnji Seminar za primenjenu matematiku, sada nazove Seminar za racunarstvo i primenjenu matematiku, a u cilju potenciranja znacaja racunarstva kao jedne od oblasti delatnosti Instituta. Istovremeno, Upravni odbor doneo je odluku o osnivanju Odeljenja za racunarstvo i primenjenu matematiku i vezao rad novog odeljenja za rad Seminara za racunarstvo i primenjenu matematiku.

RAČUNARSKE MREŽE - 33 GODINE POSLE
Rimejk prvog predavanja iz predmeta Računarske mreže na Univerzitetu u Beogradu
Predavanje se održava povodom obležavanja 33 godine od prve nastave na predmetu Računarske mreže, koje je održano na specijalističkim studijama Fakulteta organizacionih nauka u Beogradu, u letnjem semestru 1985/86 godine. To je bila prva oficijalna nastava za ovaj predmet na Univerzitetu u Beogradu. Tokom pripreme nastave i naučno-istraživačkog rada koji je usledio, realizovana je 1987. godine prva TCP/IP računarska mreža Fakulteta organizacionih nauka, a 1991. godine je realizovana prva Internet veza između akademskih institucija u Srbiji, Fakulteta organizacionih nauka i Elektrotehničkog fakulteta u Beogradu. Stečeno iskustvo bilo je osnova za izradu projekta Akademske mreže Srbije 1992. godine i mreže poslovno-tehnoloških informacija Republike Srbije (co.yu domen). Infrastruktura za naučno istraživački rad na Fakultetu organizacionih nauka se od 1991. do 2007. godine koristila za administraciju tadašnjeg .yu domena. Prvi DNS server .yu internet domena bio je lociran na Fakultetu organizacionih nauka. Iz petnaestogodišenjeg naučno-istraživačkog iskustva u ovoj oblasti proistekle su poslediplomske specijalističke i magistarske studije za elektronsko poslovanje na FON-u koje su počele sa radom 2001. godine. Značajnu podršku pri definisanju nastavnih planova i programa i naučno istražovačkog rada u ovoj oblasti dali su profesori Fakulteta organizacionih nauka prof.dr Pavle Pejović, prof.dr Branislav Lazarević i prof.dr Vidojko Ćirić, kojima je ovo predavanje i posvećeno.
Predavanje će se održati na osnovu originalnih slajdova sa prvog predavanja održanog 1986. godine.

BLENDING CROWDVOTING IN MODERN E-LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS
Given that the most students spend a lot of their time on social networks, many educational institutions use this habit for educational purposes. Increasing students’ participation in educational activities is certainly one of the main goals of academia. The purpose of this research was to investigate to what extent crowdvoting techniques can increase students' participation and interest in the e-learning process. Additionally, we set to explore social networks as a medium for crowdvoting, contest and collaboration among students. The research included 131 students in the area of information technologies at Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade that participated in contest related to their 3D modeling projects. Voting was performed via Facebook. The research results indicate a generally positive students’ attitude towards the competition and rewards. The students voted for the particular projects primarily based on the quality of the project itself, and not based on acquaintance with the candidate. Additionally, the competition was an incentive for students to prove themselves to colleagues, but also to provide them with the opportunity for teamwork, additional engagement, and acquisition of new skills and knowledge.

FRACTIONAL TYPE MODES OF THE VIBRATIONS OF DISCRETE CONTINUUM HYBRID SYSTEMS CONTAINING MULTI-DEFORMABLE BODIES
In this Lecture, on the basis of the series of the author's previous published results of the analytical dynamics and vibrations of the fractional type discrete, as well as discrete continuum hybrid systems, an analysis about independent fractional type modes of free and forced vibrations of the hybrid systems of fractional type with multi-deformable bodies is performed. A hybrid discrete continuum system of fractional type with multi-deformable bodies consists of ideal elastic bodies (belts, beams, membranes, plates) with same boundary conditions, coupled by standard light fractional type discrete continuum layers in transversal direction permitting the system transversal vibrations. Independent fractional type modes appear in each of eigen time function of each of the eigen amplitude modes in regimes of the free, as well as in regimes of the forced transversal vibrations of discrete continuous system. Number of the independent fractional type modes in each of the eigen time function of each of the eigen amplitude modes is equal to number of the coupled deformable bodies in hybrid fractional type system. Main new result presented in this paper is description of the forced fractional order vibration with corresponding analytical approximate solution for forced vibrations expressed by integral of the convolution and using Laplace transformation. Use this result, independent fractional order modes of each of the eigen time functions in each of the eigen amplitude function form the set of infinite number of eigen amplitude functions, are defined with two characteristic numbers and corresponding number of external excitation forced frequencies.
