DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF AN AHP-TOPSIS MODEL IN FUZZY ENVIRONMENT FOR THE GROUP STRATEGIC DECISION-MAKING. A CASE STUDY- STRATEGIC PLANNING IN PE “NATIONAL PARK DJERDAP”
Strategy planning plays essential role on development in any business organizations. Therefore, during the recent years tremendous efforts have been made by various researchers and practitioners in order to perform strategic planning for different organization by means of MCDM models (Multi-Criteria Decision Making) in combination with conventional strategic management tools. This lecture aims to give an overview of developed integrated analytical approach, which combines two comprehensive methods Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) with the well-known SWOT analysis. Where, considered hybrid model is used in the fuzzy environment to identify and evaluate strategies for sustainable development of National park Djerdap. Moreover, the inherent complexity of this research topic urges involvement of many experts in decision-making processes, thus, collective preference could be also achieved through the proposed methodological framework. Although, the effectiveness of the proposed approach is demonstrated by applying it to a case of National park Djerdap, it can be principally adopted in decision-making scenarios for strategy development and assessment in other business organizations.
