Cryptology Seminar
PROGRAM
Seminar za kriptologiju
Plan rada za jun 2009:
Ponedeljak, 29.06.2009., 13 časova Sala 305, MI
SANU Miodrag Mihaljević, Matematicki institut SANU
Abstract. The talk points out to three mathematical problems
relevant for security evaluation of a number of cryptographic
primitives and particularly stream ciphers and probabilistic
authentication protocols. The considered mathematical problems are:
(i) Time-Memory Trade-Off based inversion; (ii) The LPN problem;
and (iii) the Wire-tap channel coding.
Utorak, 30.6.2009., 13 časova Sala 305, MI
SANU Miodrag Mihaljević, Matematicki institut SANU
Abstract. This talk points out to an approach for cryptographic
computing employing secret and random data. According to the algebraic
interpretation of the considered approach it is shown that the security
appears as a consequence of the LPN problem hardness and hardness of
decoding without knowledge about secret data.
