The modeling methods were developed, and it is now possible that plastic and glass can be processed into any shapes as we design. Therefore, we can now produce plenty of curved lines and surfaces with feelings of simplicity and order as well as freedom. Bodies of cars are made by metallic press processing. Here, streamlines are functionally required for the conditions to move fast.

Such configurations are also being used in product designs everywhere. However, shapes are progressing with generations based on the improvements of the sense of humans as well as of skills. This can be understood if we trace the changes in shapes such as a washbowl and a toilet stool of porcelain which we use every day as an example.
