Submission of manuscripts

Submission of manuscripts:

The deadline for final manuscripts is August 1, 2002. In some special cases the ultimate term or sending manuscripts could be even August 15th. However, in such a special case an extended summary should be sent to the e-mail (contact address) not later than August 1st. Instructions for authors - given below - are practically the same as for the journal THEORETICAL AND APPLIED MECHANICS.

Instructions for the Authors

1. Submission of the paper

The authors should send by e-mail the manuscript (Format A4) including text, tables and figures on enclosed separate files to the above mentioned contact address (either mmicun@EUnet.yu  or  mmicun@knez.uis.kg.ac.yu). The typesetting system to be used is LaTeX  either by SCIENTIFIC WORD version 2.5 or MikTex. Preferable style is Standard LaTex Article, 12pt, for your convenience consult either  http://www.tcisoft.com/tcisoft.html or http://winedt.com with http://www.miktex.de). Papers written by means of Microsoft Word are acceptable too but preferable system is LaTeX.

2. Preparation of the manuscript

General:

The manuscripts should be in English and typed with double spacing on a single side of an A4 paper. The first page should contain: (1) short title, (2) all the names of the author(s), (3) an abstract of approximately 100 words. The paper should be concluded by proper conclusions, which reflect the findings in the paper. The editor will provide an abstract in Serbian language for each paper. The authors are responsible for proper spelling, punctuation and grammar. At the end of the paper the authors should provide names and addresses, together with their e-mail addresses, for correspondence.

Tables and figures:

Tables and figures should be enclosed (format PCX, JPG, Bitmap, GIF or WMF) by electronic mail. They should be refereed in the text as Fig.1, Table 2, etc. A separate list of captions for illustrations should be provided at the end of the manuscript.
