2 -- Complicated rhythm

Rhythm in modeling can be found everywhere. What were discussed previously are just the investigation of basic problem. Next, let's determine a subject, and investigate it a little in depth.

Of course, although we are just digging a part of holes deeply, let's select it where static rhythm and dynamic rhythm intersect as an experimental project. We will select a lattice structure which has a regular order, and analyze the dynamic rhythms of it through various methods. This can be realized by gradually changing a unit of the lattice. As introduced below, indeed rich variations of rhythm were made possible using assemblies of gradually changing shapes by the analysis of these methods.
 
 

(1) Assembly of gradually changing shapes

The word gradation usually represents the gradual change of colors. In a word, it is a technique where colors are gradually and regularly changed, while the "gradual change" of configurations are observed everywhere. 

The biggest characteristics of the modern age is the unusual development of technologies and the mass production of things. As a result, standardization and unification of shapes have progressed, and even a huge construction can be completed by integration of unified elements. We walk through the valley of these buildings every day looking at their windows and pillars. Then, the shapes of window frames and pillars are indeed assemblies of gradually changing shapes. Such configurations are seen very easily inside and outside of buildings.
