RELEASE NOTES
The current version of OPEN-SYNAPSE (with gui for Catalog for digitized
cultural heritage) is 0.99beta. This version is based on Open Chord v. 1.0.5 - an open source implementation
of the Chord distributed hash table by a group from the University of Bamberg.
Some known bugs existing in this release of Open Chord were fixed.
