After the registration, a participant will be contacted by our official travel agency Impala . Impala will send a confirmation and the invoice for the fee. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer. Payment by credit cards can only be made by emailing/faxing your credit card information and the authorization form to Impala (If you would like this method of payment, please contact Impala agency after receiving your invoice). Hotels in Belgrade range from exclusive ones to youth hostels. We recommend to book your accommodation option through Impala.

Post-conference excursion

Impala will organize a half-day post-conference excursion on September 20 to Sremski Karlovci, an important Serbian cultural heritage site and a gem of Serbian wine making. The excursion will include wine tasting and dinner in one of the local wineries. Excursion is optional and costs 45 euros.
