About

3rd International Conference on Mathematical Modelling in Mechanics and Engineering ICME2026 aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share experience and research results on various aspects of mathematical modelling in mechanics and engineering. It will bring an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, theories, algorithms, as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Classical Mechanics, Solid and Fluid Mechanics, Computational Mechanics, Biomechanics, Applied Mathematics and Physics, Structural Mechanics and Engineering.

The ICME2026 conference will be held in hybrid form (in-person and virtual) on the premises of the Mathematical Institute of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts (Kneza Mihaila 36, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia) and online via miteam platform of the Mathematical Institute of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts.

  • Authors aged up to 35 of contributions presented in person are eligible for the “Outstanding presentation award” for young scientists. The laureate of the award will be announced at the conference’s closing ceremony.

The official language of the ICME2026 will be English.

Authors have to use the following Word Template (download template here) for abstract preparation. The extended abstracts should be written in English and send by submission form.
If you have any problems sending your abstract(s), don't hesitate to get in touch with the Organizing Committee via conference Email: icme@mi.sanu.ac.rs or icmmme.conference@gmail.com.

Publications

ICME2026 conference accepts original, previously unpublished works. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the International Scientific Committee. Accepted contributions will be published in Book of Abstracts.
The full papers of the selected contributions will be published after the review process in Web of Science and SCOPUS indexing journals:

Note:

  • The registration fee includes: Access to all Scientific Sessions, Certificate of Attendence, Book of abstracts, Free coffee/snack breaks, Free WiFi in meeting rooms
  • Each fee (and registration) covers a maximum of 2 (two) paper presentations of the same author
  • Students must attach a reference letter or an image of a valid student ID card to complete registration
  • The conference dinner is not covered by the registration fee. Conference dinner, preliminary scheduled for September 11th, 2026 at 19:00 required additional payment of €50.
