Instructions for abstract sumbission

Summaries of presentations should be sent to the email address of the conference ai_conf [at] mi.sanu.ac.rs with Subject Application for AI Conference.

The summary should include the following parts:

  • Title
  • Author name(s)
  • Author affiliation(s), including email addresses
  • Abstract (2 page max, A4 format, single column, 2.5 cm margins, single spacing)
  • Keywords (up to 5)
  • References (up to 5)
  • Topic (select at least one among the possibilities provided here)

Style requirements:

  • Fonts: body text - Arial 10; title - Arial 16 bold; heading 1 - Arial 14 bold; heading 2 - Arial 12 bold; heading 3 - Arial 11 italic.
  • Figure captions: centered under the figure, Arial 10 bold, starting with Fig. ; example: Fig. 2. Feature importance graph.
  • Table captions: centered above the table, Arial 10 bold, starting with Table ; example: Table 3. Selected features.
  • References: APA 7 style.

Send the prepared summary in pdf format as an attachment to the message.

The deadline for the summary submission is Jun 1st, 2025.

The summary should be in English.

The working language of the conference will be English.
