Abstract Preparation

• The submitted abstract should contain the headline, the list of authors that includes personal data, the list of references, up to five keywords and up to three PACS numbers.

• The abstracts are required to be written in the English language. It is the author’s responsibility to make sure that the text contains no grammatical or typographical errors.

• Please stick to the official LaTeX or Microsoft Word template in all respects (fonts, sizes, spacing, etc.).

Abstract Submission

The abstract submission for the JETC 2025 should be done via email from your official email address. Please take the following steps:

Step 1: Carefully proofread your abstract and make sure that you have followed all the guidelines from above;

Step 2: Name the email message as ‘JETC 2025 – Abstract Submission’;

Step 3: In the email body, please indicate the preferred form of presentation by entering the line ‘PREFERRED: ORAL’ or ‘PREFERRED: POSTER’;

Step 4: Attach both the source and the PDF file of your abstract;

Step 5: Make sure that steps 1–4 are successfully accomplished and then send the message to the email address jetc2025@turing.mi.sanu.ac.rs.

You should be notified within about five working days of your successful submission.

Review and Publishing

• All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee and might be selected for an oral or poster presentation (or could be rejected).

• Only registered participants can be included in the conference program. For more information on registration, please visit the Registration tab.

• The accepted abstracts will be published in an electronic book of abstracts.
