Milan Đurić was born on 7. June 1937. in Žuta Lokva near Brinj. He completed primary school in his homeplace and high school in Zrenjanin in Serbia. In 1956 he enrolled Faculty of Machine Engeneering of the University in Belgrade and graduated on 30. January 1961. On 28. June 1963 he defended master thesis One-parametric method for unsteady laminar boundary lazers at the Faculty of Sciences of the University in Belgrade. On 29. June 1965. he defended PhD thesis Method for Calculation of instationar planar laminar boundary layers at the Faculty of Sciences of the University in Belgrade.
He worked in Mathematical Institute SASA since 1. September 1964. He became research assistent professor on 28. June 1966, associated professor on 15. October 1971. and research professor on 24. December 1976. He become assistant director of Mathematical Institute SASA on 15. December 1973.
He died on 28. December 1978. in a trafic accident in New Belgrade on the highway between block 22 and block 29.
