GENERAL VARIABLE NEIGHBORHOOD SEARCH FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE ROUTING PROBLEM
This paper focuses on the Electric Vehicle Routing Problem with soft time windows and time-dependent speeds. The goal is to minimize the total distance traveled and the penalty for arriving early or late at the customers' locations. We present a Mixed Integer Linear Program (MILP) formulation and propose a General Variable Neighborhood Search (GVNS) metaheuristic as a solution approach. We tested the model and GVNS against the Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search (ALNS) algorithm, using a set of benchmark instances. Experimental evaluation indicates that GVNS can find better quality solutions than MILP and ALNS or the same quality solution in less time.

NEUROMARKETING - DEKODIRANJE PONAŠANJA KUPACA
Razumevanje ponašanja kupaca predstavlja veliki izazov u savremenoj poslovnoj praksi, koju karakterišu rastuća konkurencija, sve veća raznovrsnost ponude i konstantan rast očekivanja kupaca.

SEASIDE OPERATIONS UNDER UNCERTAINTY
Seaside operations play a critical role in the world since maritime transportation is the most common way of transporting goods between distant places. Seaside operations are, in practice, highly affected by several uncertainty factors like weather conditions and mechanical failures. Hence, taking uncertainty into account when solution methods are designed is crucial to obtain good quality solutions. In this talk, we present two of the most important optimization problems under uncertainty arising in seaside operations: the berth allocation and quay crane scheduling problem and the maritime inventory routing problem. The first problem is studied from a robust optimization point of view, while for the second one several approaches to deal with uncertainty, namely, stochastic programming, robust optimization, risk measure-based models, and safety stock models are considered and compared.

ADOPTION INTENTION OF AN IOT BASED HEALTHCARE TECHNOLOGIES IN REHABILITATION PROCESS
The research problem of this article is growing challenges to acceptance and relatively slow adoption of Internet of Things (IoT) based healthcare technologies in day-to-day practice among healthcare professionals. Many studies have offered important insight into the adoption of IoT-based healthcare technologies among employees and patients, but the attitudes of health technicians- professionals have rarely been researched. Research aimed to examine the readiness for adoption of IoT healthcare technologies as an assistive technology in rehabilitation therapy among technician employees in the clinic for rehabilitation in Belgrade. In this study, we propose an integrated research model based on two perspective models – Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB). Our model includes variables from TAM: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitudes; TPB: attitudes and subjective norm and inclusion of personal innovativeness. The model is tested on responses obtained from a survey of 85 healthcare professionals the in clinic for rehabilitation in Belgrade, Serbia. The findings suggest that the intention to adopt IoT healthcare technologies in a rehabilitation process is positively influenced by perceived usefulness, attitudes, subjective norms, perceived ease of use, and personal innovativeness. We found no evidence that age and gender influenced the intention to adopt or use IoT healthcare technologies. This study contributes with an empirical attempt that includes healthcare technicians—physiotherapists in enhancing the adoption and application of IoT healthcare technologies as assistive technologies. Findings can help countries in the region conduct similar research among healthcare professionals.
