VECTOR BUNDLES FROM GROUP REPRESENTATIONS
A vector bundle is a geometrically organized family of vector spaces. I will give a broadly accessible introduction to a particular construction of such bundles out of representations of (Lie) groups, which can be traced back to early work of Atiyah and Hirzebruch. A classical result asserts that, over certain homogeneous spaces, essentially all vector bundles can be obtained from this single construction. I will illustrate this result with a wide range of examples, and present a recent extension to a significantly larger class of spaces known as biquotients.

EPIMORFIZMI MEĐU GENERALISANIM PERMUTOEDRIMA
Dva politopa P i Q su kombinatorno izomorfna ako su im izomrfne mreže strana, tj. ako postoji monotomo rastuće i bijektivno preslikavanje f:L(P)→L(Q).
Preslikavanje f:L(P)→L(Q) koje je monotono i epimorfno, ali ne i obavezno 1–1, naziva se monotoni epimorfizam. U predavanju će biti izložene neke ideje i tehnike iz članka F. D. Jevtić, M. Jelić, R.T. Živaljević, Cyclohedron and Kantorovich–Rubinstein Polytopes, Arnold Math J. 4 (2018), 87–112 koje se mogu iskoristiti za konstrukciju monotonih epimorfizama među generalisanim permutoedrima.

Predavanja imaju pregledni karakter i namenjena su najširem krugu slušalaca
