REPERCUSSIONS OF MCDM PROCEDURES ON THE HEALTH IFORMATION SYSTEMS RANKING AND HEALTH ECONOMICS EFFICIENCY
Health information systems and e-Health as their integral part represent a very important information technology opportunity in the health sector. It enables cost rationalization of health services providing while improving the efficiency and quality of the entire health system. Web-oriented electronic business of healthcare organizations faces numerous challenges when it comes to cost optimization and raising the level of interoperability of healthcare entities using healthcare information systems software solutions. The field of health information system evaluation and selection has become the subject of interest in MCDM (Multi-Criteria Decision Making) procedures since the process of choosing an adequate information system is a complicated and time-consuming task, bearing in mind that it is necessary to fulfill several criteria for the particular health organization. By applying multi-criteria decision-making techniques, results sometimes indicating even the best health information systems do not suit health entities with a specific modus operandi of providing health services. In addition, by applying several types of MCDM methods to existing types of health information systems, a cost-optimization solution will be found. Furthermore, by recognizing the need for an MCDM system and choosing the right alternative, the health organization improves the operational efficiency, scalability, and interoperability of health service provision. In the last resort, using MCDM solutions for the e-Health will positively affect the allocation of resources to the entire health economics system.

AHP METHOD IN THE CONTEXT OF DEBT COLLECTION AND SALES OF SPECIFIC PURPOSES REAL ESTATE
The idea of making a powerful methodology which can obtain accurate approximation of debt collection percentage is a question for professionals in the debt collection business (non-performing loans (NPL) and enforcement procedure). Authors suggest the opposite of approximation theory methods - analytic hierarchy process (AHP method). Relaying on multicriteria decision making, the authors offer AHP method as an appropriate methodology for forecasting debt recovery percentage. The forecasts need only three data types: debt amount without interests and expenses, the date of contract breach, and debtor's age at the moment of contract breach. All other data, needed for calculations, are derived from those. The same principle is suggested and for the other problem: sales of specific purposes real estate which easily can not be solved. Authors urge for using AHP method for resolving hard sales problems in particular cases. Using the real life examples, authors explain how AHP method can be used in particular business in everyday debt collection estimation processes.
