A Ceremonial Session dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Mathematical Institute was held on September 27, 2021, at 12:00, at the Grand Hall of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts (SASA).
Academician Stevan Pilipović, Head of the Mathematical Section of the Mathematical Institute and the President of the Branch of SASA in Novi Sad, Academician Zoran Popović, Vice-President of the SASA, Dr Marina Soković, Assistant Minister of Education, Science and Technological Development, in charge of science, Dr Milica Đurić Jovićić, Acting Director of Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia and Dr Zoran Ognjanović, Director of the Mathematical Institute SANU addressed the audience.
On this occasion, the MISANU awards were awarded to the following recipients: Academician Teodor Atanacković, Academician Vladan Đorđević, Academician Dragoš Cvetković, Professor Žarko Mijajlović and Research Professor Zoran Marković for their lasting contribution to the development of the Mathematical Institute SANU and mathematics in Serbia.
